Company Management: Getting started

Here are the steps to setting up and maintaining your company on the Growboard. You can also check that you know the company management basics and understand the different user roles.

Step 1: Setup your Company 

• Go to the Companies menu and edit your company
• Edit the name to your liking and add the relevant users
• It is recommended to add an extra company admin for added security and in case of absence
  

Step 2: Check User access to your company

• Go to the User menu to view all company users that have access to your company
• In case of undesired user access to your company, you can remove or change their level of access here

Step 3: Manage Locations in the Company

• Go to the Locations menu to view all your location settings
• Here you can edit your locations, maintain their settings, and add users to the locations
• All users added in the User tab in the Location have access only to that location
  
  

Step 4: Check your devices

• Finally, go to the devices menu to see if all your devices are correctly placed to a placement
• If some devices are not placed, you can easily add them to the placements, so they will be visible on the location's Growboard
