How to get started with Company Management?

Step 1: Setup your Company 

  • Go to the Companies menu and Edit your company
  • Here you can edit your company name and/or add new Company Users
  • It is recommended to add an extra Company admin for added security and in case of absence


Step 2: Check User access to your company

  • Go to the User menu to see all Company Users that have access to your company
  • In case of undesired User access to your company, you remove them here
  • Note. All Active users in this list have full access to your company.


Step 3: Manage Locations in the Company

  • Go to the Locations menu to maintain all your location settings
  • Here you can edit Locations, maintain their settings and add Users to the locations
  • All users added in the User tab in the Location, have access only to this location based on their role (described in the next chapter)

Step 4: Check your devices

  • Finally, go to the devices menu to see if all your devices are correctly placed to a placement
  • If some devices are not placed, you can easily add them to the placements in the corresponding location
