Step 1: Setup your Company
- Go to the Companies menu and Edit your company
- Here you can edit your company name and/or add new Company Users
- It is recommended to add an extra Company admin for added security and in case of absence
Step 2: Check User access to your company
- Go to the User menu to see all Company Users that have access to your company
- In case of undesired User access to your company, you remove them here
- Note. All Active users in this list have full access to your company.
Step 3: Manage Locations in the Company
- Go to the Locations menu to maintain all your location settings
- Here you can edit Locations, maintain their settings and add Users to the locations
- All users added in the User tab in the Location, have access only to this location based on their role (described in the next chapter)
Step 4: Check your devices
